Tier 1 Services LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, doing business as T1 Services (“T1 Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides fractional IT leadership, security, and cybersecurity advisory services to United States-based organizations and clients.
1. Scope of Services
T1 Services provides advisory and consulting services. We do not provide managed services, continuous monitoring, or operational control of client systems unless expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect limited information for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Contact information provided through forms or email
- Client onboarding and engagement information
- Assessment-related documentation and findings
- Communications related to advisory services
We do not sell personal information.
3. Data Protection
T1 Services applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for an advisory consulting firm to protect information under our control.
4. GDPR Non-Applicability
T1 Services operates with United States-based organizations and does not offer goods or services to individuals or entities located outside the United States. Accordingly, T1 Services does not represent or warrant compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and GDPR rights and obligations do not apply to our services.
5. U.S. Privacy Rights
Where applicable under U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar state regulations, individuals may request a copy or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal limitations.
6. Submitting a Privacy Request
Send privacy requests to privacy@t1services.us. Include your full name, contact email address, a description of the data at issue, and the requested action. We may require verification of identity before processing a request.
7. Data Retention
T1 Services may retain information as required or permitted by law, including for legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, or insurance purposes.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for compliance with privacy and data protection laws applicable to their own operations, customers, and users. T1 Services does not act as a general data controller or processor for client end users unless expressly agreed in writing.
